Registration

1. How do I register for Galaxy?

You can register for Galaxy by visiting http://ctjfs.galaxydigital.com/ and selecting the green "Sign Up" button in the top right corner.

**Please note, a valid email address not previously used to register for Galaxy will be required. Any email address previously used will return an error indicating the email has been used before. Others cannot share the email you use to register and must be unique. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgotten Password" link to reset your Galaxy credentials.

Logging In

1. How do I log in to Galaxy?

You can log in to Galaxy by visiting the homepage at http://ctjfs.galaxydigital.com/. Click the "Login" button in the top right-hand corner of the page to access the log-in page. You can also register from this page.

2. How do I reset my password on Galaxy?

On the Login Page, at the bottom, there's a link to reset your password.

Finding Opportunities

1. How do I find new opportunities in Galaxy?

You can find new opportunities by clicking the "Opportunities" tab on the left-hand menu. Once there, you can browse all the opportunities available at the given time.

2. How do I use the filters in Galaxy to find the Opportunity/Event I desire?

There are many filter types available when searching for events. We suggest filtering by Program and Date to find opportunities that best fit your availability. You can add additional filters, such as Family Friendly, Outdoors, Skill, etc.  

3. How do I access opportunities I've already signed up for in Galaxy?

There are a few ways to access the opportunities you have already signed up for. One is to click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Opportunity Responses," where you will see the opportunities you signed up for in list form. You can also select "Volunteer Schedule" from the profile icon dropdown to view a calendar of your registered opportunities. Click on the Opportunity Name to view the full details of the opportunity.  You can also edit your response, add/submit volunteer hours, Check In/Out of the shift, or unregister.
