Team Board For SJFS

Who We Are

The Schoke JFS Teen Board is a group of passionate high school students dedicated to making a difference in our community through service, leadership, and social action. Teen Board members work together to address real community needs while developing leadership skills, building connections, and creating meaningful volunteer opportunities for their peers.

Through hands-on projects and community partnerships, Teen Board members help strengthen Fairfield County and bring Jewish values of kindness, responsibility, and community care to life.

What We Do

Teen Board members plan and participate in a variety of service projects throughout the year, including:

  • Supporting the Schoke JFS Mobile Food Pantry
  • Creating care kits and community donations
  • Assisting with programs for older adults
  • Organizing volunteer events and drives
  • Partnering with local schools, synagogues, and community organizations
  • Leading service-learning and social impact initiatives
  • Raising awareness about important community issues

Whether we're packing food, creating intergenerational connections, or helping families in need, Teen Board members turn ideas into action and make a real impact in the community.
